Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days from the date the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Returns are only accepted after the product arrives to the customer.
Important: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending the order back to our warehouse.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations are only accepted after the customer receives the order and sends it back to our warehouse at their own cost.
